Xmugen for xbox1

Hi everyone thought i look in my mugen fault and share my mugen to xmugen games with everyone!
I will be updating this post daily for more converted to xmugen!!
Extract and place the mugen folder in the root of your E:drive and the linux file in the root of the E:drive then press the a botton on the default.xbe file inside the game folder to execute the game!!

thanks for the reply check your private messages. Also I've tired this in my e & f drive & I keep getting the gentoox loader blue screen idk what to do next any1 have idieas thanx,

From the gentoox screen, highlight the controllers stick then press the A botton on your controller. After that it should boot to dos mode preparing your game just sit back n let it load and then enjoy!!

I must be doing something wrong its no controller stick its only a dvd icon, a netboot icon, & an advanced icon with a penguin also I have a linuxboot.cfg instead of a linux.boot is that okay because linuxboot.cfg wont load

Hmm..where did you put your game folder? It must be in the root of your E:drive or F:drive and the name of the folder has to be all in lower caps(xmugen or mugen). Not(Xmugen, XMUGEN or MUGEN). Then your linuxboot.cfg goes in the root of your desired root drive.

In your case lets just choose E:drive. and rename your game folder to mugen, after that, inside your mugen folder is a default.xbe file, highlight it an press A on your controller and it should work.

ahh okay i have the mugen folders inside of other folders such as sfvskof or whatever you named it, so should i take those out of those folders & put it directly into e, then if i have more than one can i name them mugen1 mugen2 etc

that is correct. name your primary game your gonna play as mugen. then the others name it megen1, mugen2 n etc... then your xbox will recognize only mugen specified by your linuxboot.cfg file.. mugen folders that are gonna be played are always to be on your primary root drive.

I have a question, the Eve version doesn't seem to have to correct links. The version it links to doesn't have the same character select skin as posted.

Sorry bro been busy but im here to help...by the pic above seems you need to double check you mugen folder, make sure there low caps: "mugen"
all of my mugen games go on E: drive n linux file belong in root of E:drive , outside of mugen folder. then hit A botton on xbox controller to execute default.xbe inside mugen folder and it will take you to gentoox loader as pic above. at this point hit the a botton again on highlighted joystick option on gentoox which should boot ur mugen dos then game. hope this helps..sorry for the delay reply..any problem hit me up here!!

How do I put this on F?
In the readme it says I should visit here to get F xmugen mod...
I cannot find it.

@Glecas, F:file is included in the download. FTP folder to root of your softmodded xbox then rename file to "xmugen" in side folder execute the .xbe and then let it do its magic! Enjoy!!

Ok I think I understand... and I can even put it on G: right?

But what I don't understand is that I have downloaded many different "mugen" games. Can I only install and run one game at the time? I mean I need to replace (overwrite) every time or do I somehow combine? I can't have different xmugen sets installed at the same time, beacause they have the same folder- and filenames.

@Glecas, Mugen folder goes in the root of your E:Drive, make sure folder is name "mugen" letters lowercase. Same goes for "xmugen" goes in root of F:Drive. If your xbox does not F:drive. it wont work as the folder is desingn path F:drive for xmugen.
Try it an get back to me if any trouble..hope this helps!!

BTW, you can add more xmugen in F:drive just name the 1st one "xmugen", then the 2nd "xmugen00", 3rd "xmugen01" and so on.

The way i got mines is named individualy. So if i have three lets say street fighter 4, Mortal Kombat and Muhen Allstars.
Id change street fighter 4 to xmugen and i wanna play another one id change xmugen back to street fighter 4 and rename Mortal Kombat to xmugen just to keep track of which games is what as if you dont you might get lost of which game is which. So very important to stay in track of you xmugen names..

Same pattern i have for the E:drive for the "mugen" names
Carefull not me mix your f:drive files with your E:drive files as they are both different.
